Javone has 17 years of experience with the Louisiana Department of Health, managing the operations of several programs. Areas of expertise include program management, project management, strategic planning, human resources, grant management, and budgeting. 

 

Javone is a graduate of the University of New Orleans. She earned her Master of Public Health from LSU Health Sciences and an MBA from LSU Shreveport.
